WLC Construction Services, Inc. was established in February 2000 by WLC Architects, Inc. Principal Robert Hensley and President, Paul Bonaccorsi. WLC Construction Services, Inc. was created in response to continued requests from long-term WLC clients that WLC provide construction management services for their WLC-designed projects. In 2006, WLC Construction Services was proud to promote Jonathan Clarke to the position of principal of the firm, which further met the need for ensuring quality services. WLC Construction Services, Inc. is a logical extension of the relationship between Client, Architect and Construction Team, providing continuity of the WLC organization to better serve the Client.
Over the past nine years, WLC has experienced a steady growth in size, experience, and capability. Recently, WLC has expanded our service to provide comprehensive Construction Management services to meet the needs of other interested Clients and architectural firms.
WLC Construction Services, Inc. provides comprehensive project and construction management services to select Client groups. Acting as the Client’s agent, WLC provides administrative and supervisory oversight of general or multiple prime contracts. WLC Construction Services, Inc. offers a full range of project delivery methodologies including: construction management (multi-prime or "at-risk" delivery), negotiating general contract bid and design build (exclusive with WLC Architects, Inc). WLC also offers assistance with State funding procurement and maintains strong relationship with State and local agencies.
WLC Construction Services, Inc. is comprised of a staff of fourteen construction professionals, dedicated to providing our clients with services that is unparalleled in the industry. WLC has successfully completed over 35 educational, civic and private projects with a combined construction value of over 400 million dollars.
WLC maintains strong firm affiliations with the Association of California Construction Managers (ACCM), the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), Small School Districts Association (SSDA), Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) and is registered with the Contractor’s State License Board.
